Day 01: Yangon - Bago - Kyaikhtiyo

Pick up at the hotel. Start drive to the Golden Rock (Kyaikhtiyo) and passing by Bago (2 hours driving), an ancient Mon capital. On arrival in Bago, visit to local colorful morning market. Continue onto over a thousand-years-old Shwemawdaw Pagoda, which has a Stupa ,inlaid with diamonds and is Bago's golden landmark. Drive to Kin Pun base camp (110 km , 3 ½ hours driving). Heading to one of Myanmar's Landmarks, which is famous for its precarious position and religious importance: Kyaiktiyo the "Golden Rock ", a huge boulder completely covered by gold leaf and delicately balanced on the edge of a cliff. To reach the Pagoda from Kin Pun base camp, take a truck up a bumpy track about half way up the path which climbs steeply to the legendary "Golden Rock ", the upper area must be travel by foot (4 km, Approx: 1 hr) up a steep. Weather permitting, sunset views from Mount. Kyaikhtiyo are marvelous. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02 : Kyaikhtiyo - Hpa- An

After breakfast, transfer from Kyaiktiyo to Hpa-An the capital of the Kayin State by passing Thaton, the former capital of the Mon Kingdom. Visit to Shwe Zayan Temple and on the northern side of the road just beyond the clock tower features a nice set of the monastery buildings and a large stupa. Continue drive to Hpa-An, and on the way visit some of the caves which are set deep into the sides of the limestone cliffs which dominate the scenery of water bodies and green islands. Visit the National Museum Of Kayin and Lake Kanthayar for photo stop. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03 : Hpa- An - Mawlamyine

After breakfast, transfer to the jetty for a journey aboard the double deck river ferry to Mawlamyine. Sit back in the sling-chair on the upper deck and enjoy truly mystical scenery of green peaks soaring into the sky pass by. Enjoy the people ways of life on boat. Watch the monasteries doted on a mountains range before reaching the destination. Transfer to the hotel in the afternoon, drive past rubber plantation to Thanbyuzayat, 70 km (2 hours) south of Mawlamyine was the western terminal of the infamous Buma-Slam ‘Death Railway’. Visit a locomotive dating from World War II, a small museum and an Allied War Cemetery, resting place for over 3500 Allied Pows (Prisoners of War). Return to Mawlamyine late afternoon. In the evening time, enjoy city sightseeing by trishaw. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Mawlamyine - Bilu Island - Mawlamyine

After breakfast, start sightseeing tour includes Mahamuni Pagoda, a major temples site in Myanmar, Seindon Mibaya Kyaung, where King Mindon’s queen sought refuge, the first Baptist church and the Zyegyi Market. After lunch, start boat trip to Bilu Island, where a true Myanmar experience for away from modern civilizations await you. By open pickup truck you will discover the serene scenery of paddy fields and quaint villagers. Visit small wood workshops, typical for Myanmar where walking sticks and pens are produced. Return to Mawlamyine late afternoon to enjoy the sunset from Kyaikthanlan Pagoda, known as the Kipling Pagoda.

Day 05 : Mawlamyine - Yangon

After early breakfast, drive back to Yangon (364 km, 8 hours). Stop by Kayin, a small Buddhist community at the significant Mount Zwekabin and take a stroll through the village. Proceed to Yangon and transfer to the hotel.
